the location was conveniently situated near the town center so that was acceptable

our room was cold and i looked for a blanket in the cupboard but it was locked the air conditioning seemed to be running so i turned it off this was a bit of a joke actually it was barely functional i had to laugh a little

The room was a good size.

housekeeping entered my room without knocking before checkout time. I was still inside. This is unacceptable. Complimentary water bottles were absent, and on the second day, used towels remained on the pull-out bed near the door. Dirty towels were not removed and the toilet roll was not replenished.

the room was clean and modern. breakfast on site was good. i really enjoyed the hotel's quiet location. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The wifi was really bad. This impacted my stay, as it was patchy. the shower had mold! i didn't like it. the elevator was broken for a while
